Dylan Robinson



Dylan was called to help plant The Well while serving as the youth pastor at Pittsburg Church of the Nazarene in Pittsburg, KS where he lead a youth ministry of 150 students on a weekly basis. Dylan graduated from James River Leadership College in 2013 where he received an associate’s degree in Leadership from Evangel University. He is currently completing his Bachelors degree in Pastoral Leadership at Nazarene Bible College, and is a District licensed minister in the Church of the Nazarene.


Dylan has been a sought after speaker for many different youth camps and outreach events across our region. Dylan enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, and drinking coffee!


His passion is to help people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Coming from a background of drugs and alcohol, Dylan is passionate about sharing the life-changing message of Jesus with those who seem to have lost all hope.

Selena Freeman



After 18 years in youth ministry at the Marshfield Church of the Nazarene in Marshfield, MO, Selena is excited about God’s new call to serve as co pastor at The Well. Selena is an ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from MidAmerica Nazarene University and a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Evangel University.


Throughout her years in ministry, Selena has assisted in beginning many new ministries including Relentless Teen Girls Encounter, The North Central Region YES Conference, and UNITE teen ministry. She has also had the opportunity to speak at numerous conferences, camps, and retreats.


Selena loves being a wife and mother and hosting people in her home. She is most passionate about encouraging and empowering others to live the life that God created them for through the life giving power of the Holy Spirit.

Stephen Rippee
College Pastor



After serving as a youth pastor in Illinois, Stephen felt the call to help be a part of The Well as the college pastor. Stephen felt the call into ministry his senior year of high school and has been blessed to get the chance to answer that call over the last 9 years. Stephen graduated from Evangel University with a degree in Biblical Studies and is now working on completing his Master’s degree in Pastoral Ministries.


During his time of ministry, Stephen has had the opportunity to speak and lead worship at many different churches, camps, conferences, and retreats.


Stephen loves sports, music, board games, and growing new friendships. But his greatest passion is to just love on people and showing them the true meaning of Jesus and the difference only he can make in their life.

Clayton Cottle
Youth Leader



Clayton was called into youth ministry as a freshman in high school and is excited to see the call of God being played out through this opportunity at The Well. He is a licensed minister in the Church of the Nazarene and is completing his degree in youth ministry through Nazarene Bible College.


Clayton has had the opportunity to do interim preaching at various churches on the Joplin District and has assisted in leading youth for several years.


He enjoys camping with his family, hanging out with friends, and playing music.


Clayton is passionate about sharing the message of holiness with teens and equipping them to share their faith with others.

Paige Moles
Youth Leader



Paige was called into youth ministry at 14 years old. She praises God for the opportunity to minister to junior high and high school students at The Well. Paige is locally licensed through The Well, working toward her district license, and will later be an ordained Elder. Paige studies online through Northwest Nazarene University and will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry (Emphasis in Youth and Family Ministry) in May of 2019.


Paige enjoys doing anything outside (especially golfing!) with her friends and family. She also enjoys serving in various community-wide ministries such as Relentless Teen Girl’s Encounter.


Paige has a passion for teaching student’s that “With Christ” they have the power to create a generation of world changers for the Kingdom of God.

Austin Crotinger
Worship Leader



Austin sensed God’s call to ministry while in high school, but was unsure where that path would lead. While pursuing a college degree in criminal justice and sociology, God opened the door for Austin to lead worship at The Well. Austin is excited to see where God will lead him in ministry.


Austin has had a heart for worship music for years. Leading and playing since high school FCA, He has enjoyed many opportunities to lead at various ministry events and revivals.


Austin enjoys playing music, spending time with his family and friends, playing airsoft, and making videos.


It is the desire of Austin’s heart to teach people that worship isn’t just music, but a way of life! He prays that people will understand that we worship God in all that we could do!
