The Well Youth strives to teach students about relationship in every aspect of their lives. We do this by teaching them to have a thriving relationship with the Lord and with others around them; because life change happens through relationship. We value creating a community that accepts teens for where they are at and encouraging them to grow into the person God has created them to be. Our goal is for every student to be FOUND by the grace of God, FILLED with the power of the Holy Spirit, and FREED to love like Christ.

Our students meet on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm. Our Wednesday night service is located at our North Campus (click here for directions) in our youth facility. These nights consist of fun games, worship, a bible teaching, and small groups. We would love to see you there!

Katelyn Bills

Youth Minister
katelyn@thewellspringfield.org

As a teenage girl Katelyn was heavily involved in youth ministry. During this time, she felt a calling into vocational ministry, but wasn’t sure what that would look like for her. After coming to The Well, she felt God open a door for her to serve as a life group leader for teens. This volunteer position led to her eventually answer her call, and accept the position as the Youth Minister.

Katelyn married her husband Garrett in May of 2017. As a couple, Katelyn and Garrett are passionate about helping teens find and grow in their relationship with the Lord and helping to create a community that they can call home. As a teen that was heavily impacted by youth ministry Katelyn strives to have a same impact on this generation.

Her prayer is that The Well will continue to partner with our teens and be able to help them in their faith journey to do far greater for the kingdom than we could ever do! She believes that in this stage of life, teens are easily impressionable as they begin searching for their identity. Her prayer is to help these teens establish their identity solely in Christ all the days of their life.
